What is included.
- An art or wall brief covering the room, mood, dimensions, budget and desired impact.
- An agreed selection of artwork possibilities or one defined feature-wall direction.
- Scale, placement, framing and material guidance at the level included in the quote.
- Artist coordination for an approved commission, with the artist's scope, approvals and payment stages confirmed in writing.
- Acquisition, delivery or professional installation coordination when specifically contracted.
Your handoff: The art presentation, placement plan, wall direction or original artwork stated in your agreement. An installation service includes only the approved hanging, coordination and completion tasks.
What to expect.
- Find the right anchorWe review the room and decide whether the brief calls for an existing painting, your own commission, a mural or a feature finish.
- Approve the direction and costsArtwork, dimensions, medium, framing, artist terms and any installation requirements are confirmed before commitment.
- Deliver and placeThe agreed artwork or wall work is completed and handed over. Professional placement and installation are available as separately defined services.
Timing: Your proposal or booking confirmation sets the schedule. Scope, approvals, product availability and contractor lead times determine the project timeline.

What to share
A straight-on wall photo, wall and room dimensions, budget, inspiration and details of any existing artwork. Tell us about wall materials, access or building restrictions.
Meetings and revisions
The quote sets the number of selections and presentation rounds. Artist fees, creative approvals and included commission revisions follow the individual artist agreement.
Investment and separate costs
Artwork, artist fees, framing, samples, surface preparation, freight, insurance and installation are separately priced. Rights to reproduce or use images of original work follow the agreed artist terms. Specialist construction and permit documents are outside the standard art service.
The final written proposal confirms your fee, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and completion criteria before paid work starts.
