1. Confirm the tasks and quoteWe identify what is already approved, the remaining decisions, the people involved and the work you want OnyxPearls to coordinate.
2. Sequence and coordinateWe agree on approvals, purchasing responsibilities and the schedule. Site visits and updates follow the written plan.
3. Place, style and reviewThe contracted installations and styling are reviewed against the agreed scope, with outstanding items recorded for follow-up.

Timing: Your proposal or booking confirmation sets the schedule. Scope, approvals, product availability and contractor lead times determine the project timeline.

What to share

The approved design, product specifications, access arrangements, a decision-maker and the budget for goods, materials and contractor work.

Meetings and revisions

Your proposal names the number of site visits, meetings, updates and any design adjustments included. Expanded scope receives a new fixed quote before work starts.

Investment and separate costs

Furniture, art, materials, contractor labor, shipping, receiving, installation and any procurement fee are itemized separately. Contractor work is assessed for scope, insurance, licensing and permit requirements before it is accepted. Travel is quoted in advance.

The final written proposal confirms your fee, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and completion criteria before paid work starts.
