Meetings and revisions

The quote defines areas, plans, selections, meetings, feedback rounds and site visits. Work outside the agreed areas or a changed business brief is priced separately.

Investment and separate costs

Goods, fabrication, trades, signage production, freight and installation are separately stated. Architects, engineers and licensed specialists handle any required technical, accessibility, code or permit documentation under their own appointments. OnyxPearls's cosmetic installation offering is assessed separately before acceptance.

The final written proposal confirms your fee, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and completion criteria before paid work starts.
