- Coordinate the agreed workApproved materials and qualified trades are scheduled. Preparation, access, protection and final review are included only as stated in the quote.
Timing: Your proposal or booking confirmation sets the schedule. Scope, approvals, product availability and contractor lead times determine the project timeline.

Meetings and revisions
The proposal names the surfaces, selections, sample reviews, revision rounds and site visits included. Existing-condition repairs and changed selections are agreed before additional work.
Investment and separate costs
OnyxPearls provides design direction and coordinates agreed cosmetic and finish work with qualified contractors carrying their own insurance and required trade licenses. Painting, backsplashes, wallpaper and fixture work are assessed individually. Permit requirements are checked before acceptance; work requiring permits is outside this offering and addressed separately with the appropriate professional. Materials, preparation, contractor labor and disposal are separately stated.
The final written proposal confirms your fee, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and completion criteria before paid work starts.
