Your handoff: The staging recommendations, preparation plan or styled spaces described in your proposal. Occupied-property advice, vacant-property furnishing and a final styling visit are scoped separately.

What to expect.

1. Assess the property and purposeWe establish the audience, marketing or photography date, condition, existing furniture and preparation budget.
2. Agree on the staging planYou receive a defined room list and an agreed plan for editing, furniture, accessories and any contracted outside work.
3. Prepare and presentThe contracted styling or handoff is completed ahead of the agreed presentation date, with remaining tasks clearly assigned.

Timing: Your proposal or booking confirmation sets the schedule. Scope, approvals, product availability and contractor lead times determine the project timeline.

What to share

Property photos or access, room dimensions if available, the presentation deadline, existing furnishings and a preparation budget. Agent or photographer requirements are useful where relevant.

Meetings and revisions

Your proposal sets the property areas, recommendation rounds, site visits and styling sessions. A changed marketing date, new rooms or extra visits may change the quote.

Investment and separate costs

Furniture rental or purchase, transport, storage, movers, cleaning, repairs, painting, photography and ongoing rental periods are separate unless itemized. Rental availability and terms are confirmed before commitment.

The final written proposal confirms your fee, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and completion criteria before paid work starts.
