Timing: Your proposal or booking confirmation sets the schedule. Scope, approvals, product availability and contractor lead times determine the project timeline.

What to share

Clear room photos, project dimensions, an approximate furnishing budget, inspiration you respond to and a list of existing pieces you want to retain.

Meetings and revisions

One presentation conversation and one consolidated feedback round are included. A new room, a changed brief or an additional design direction is scoped and quoted before extra work begins.

Investment and separate costs

The mockup is illustrative and is not a construction drawing or a guarantee of exact product appearance. A purchase-ready shopping list, detailed specifications, measured storage drawings, ordering and installation are separate. The optional Design Playbook develops an approved concept into a practical plan.

The final written proposal confirms your fee, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and completion criteria before paid work starts.
