• One handoff conversation and one consolidated feedback round within the approved direction.

What to expect.

1. Confirm the concept and measurementsWe confirm the approved direction, room boundaries and the measurements needed for the planned selections.
2. Develop the practical planThe agreed selections are checked for scale, finish, function and budget, then organized into a schedule and room plan.
3. Review and hand overWe review the playbook together, address the included feedback round and identify any separate ordering or trade work.

Timing: Your proposal or booking confirmation sets the schedule. Scope, approvals, product availability and contractor lead times determine the project timeline.

What to share

The approved room concept, verified dimensions, a purchasing budget, photographs and any vendor, building or installation constraints already known.

Meetings and revisions

One handoff conversation and one consolidated feedback round within the approved direction are included. Additional selections, new concepts and expanded rooms are quoted separately.

Investment and separate costs

This is an optional addition to the concept service. Full site measurement visits, custom cabinet or fabrication drawings, permit documents, purchasing and installation are quoted separately. Prices and stock can change. Vendors and installers verify final dimensions and suitability before ordering or building.

The final written proposal confirms your fee, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and completion criteria before paid work starts.
