Room & Whole-Home Design
Start with how your space needs to work. We build a direction around your routines, identity, existing pieces and budget, then decide how far you want to take it. A single room can stand on its own; several rooms can share a considered thread.

Is this the right service for you?
Living rooms, bedrooms, lofts, home offices, creative studios and connected spaces that need better function, a clearer atmosphere or a coordinated plan.
What is included.
- A needs review covering daily use, circulation, storage, existing furniture and the decisions that matter most.
- A defined design brief and an agreed room or zone list. Open-plan spaces are scoped by function.
- Layout, color, material, furniture, lighting and art direction at the level of service you choose.
- A phased priority plan for multi-room work so decisions and spending can be sequenced.
- A presentation and digital handoff matching the package and deliverables in your proposal.
Your handoff: A coordinated design direction and the specific plans or selection schedules named in your proposal. Choose a Visual Prototype for the concept, add a Design Playbook for detailed selections, and contract implementation support if needed.
What to expect.
- Understand the spaceWe begin with the function and organization problems, what you love, what stays and the overall investment.
- Agree on the level of designYour proposal names the rooms, concept views, plans, selections, meetings and feedback rounds.
- Develop in an agreed sequenceWe review the direction, refine the included work and hand over the agreed materials or move into separately contracted execution.
Timing: Your proposal or booking confirmation sets the schedule. Scope, approvals, product availability and contractor lead times determine the project timeline.
Before we begin.
What to share
Photos, useful dimensions, your priorities, existing pieces to retain and an approximate budget. For whole-home work, identify which rooms matter first.
Meetings and revisions
The written proposal confirms presentation meetings, revision rounds and the number of rooms or zones. The published Visual Prototype and Design Playbook packages each include one consolidated feedback round within their defined scope.
Investment and separate costs
Design fees are separate from furnishings, materials and installation. Measured surveys, custom fabrication, contractor services and travel are separately defined. Structural changes and permit documents are outside the standard room-design packages.
The final written proposal confirms your fee, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and completion criteria before paid work starts.
